1. The program is designed based on the core competency model with 8 necessary competencies for working people.

2. With 8 core subjects (required); 4 elective subjects; 1 management case study; 1 capstone project

3. The program will be held in 4 semesters (4 quarters), so that students can apply and implement the project effectively.

4. The case management course will be implemented in the first 2 semesters to train students in specific situations besides the situation of each subject:

a. This is a course that synthesizes leadership and management situations at FGL: 20 – 30 situations from the previous 2 courses and situations developed by Thinking School

b. Students participate in solving situations in addition to those in each subject

c. This subject will reflect the entire theory and ability of students to apply in practice Held in semesters 1 and 2

d. And this course will be continuously updated to create intellectual property for FGL
